Maybo's SAFERonline package offers self-study at two levels: awareness and in-depth conflict management
SAFERonline is available in care, work and children's versions, and can be fully tailored to your requirements, so that key messages from your organisation can be reinforced.
Managers are able to track learner progress with the trainer audit function which provides the employer with a comprehensive training record of all learners using the system. Access permissions can be restricted depending upon client requirements. For example a local manager could access his/her team records but not records from another department.
This is a powerful tool for managing a training programme with the added benefit of providing training records for all users and a robust audit trail.
Management reports can also be extracted from SAFERonline. Managers can produce reports which draw information from staff responses to staff survey questions and the personal risk review. For example managers can view summaries of staff views on the effectiveness of the organisation's risk assessments and reporting procedures. These reports help managers make informed decisions on;
- policy
- training needs
- effectiveness of training.
SAFERonline can be integrated with direct training, and/or used by tutors on the Licensed Tutor Training programme.
